Database Administrator£45,000 - £55,000 Norwich, Full Time Onsite

My client is looking for an experienced DBA to join their team. With data as their core product offering, you'd be joining a truly data-driven company with plenty of opportunities to train, develop, and progress. Their facilities and access to tech are fantastic, including free underground parking, nice modern offices, showers etc. They're THE market leaders in their industry and always looking for the best talent.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimise databases and related infrastructure to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.
  • Design and develop software modules and databases to meet specific client needs and project requirements.
  • Maintain and develop databases and web services
  • Collaborate with the IT team, adhering to coding standards, participating in code reviews, and ensuring quality through unit testing.

Requirements

  • Proven background in a similar DBA role, with expertise in SQL Server and C#
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
  • Experience with database design, data warehousing, reporting tools, and Agile practices.
