My client is seeking an IT Data Specialist to oversee the creation and maintenance of their product pack build spreadsheets and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of product information across our operating systems and websites. This role involves close collaboration with the Managing Director and requires a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Create and maintain accurate pack build spreadsheets for individual components making up product packs.
  • Utilize pack build spreadsheets to ensure costs, supplier, and selling information is correct on the TruBlue operating system.
  • Use pack build spreadsheets to create new products and maintain/update existing products on company websites.
  • Design and layout new product pages, enabling customers to configure products in a simple and easy-to-follow manner.
  • Maintain downloadable resources from websites, including CAD drawings, product spec sheets, and line drawings.
  • Update selling and cost prices on company websites, pack spreadsheets, and operating systems as supplier prices change.
  • Organize and maintain a structured catalogue of pack build spreadsheets to allow for transparent checking and updating of pack contents as required.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director on new product development projects.
  • Manage and structure company photographic assets and technical information.
  • Manage priorities and targets as directed by the Managing Director.
  • Audit pack build spreadsheets with the sales team to rectify any errors or omissions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet management and data analysis.
  • Experience with website product management and layout design.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in maintaining data accuracy.
