Due to their continues growth, R13 are supporting a specialist supplier in the recruitment of a Contracts Supervisor to join their central Norwich based team. You will be responsible for the management and coordination of contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and specifications.

This is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £23,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.

The day to day

  • Responding to and managing customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met with cost-effective solutions.
  • Generating estimates, maintaining compliance with relevant certifications and regulations.
  • Sourcing updated cost and technical data from suppliers and internal systems.
  • Analysing and creating schedules and elevations for client review and preparing documentation for manufacturing.
  • Serving as a technical support liaison, maintaining organized files, and reporting issues to the senior management.

You will have/be

  • Proficient in mathematics, computer literacy (especially MS Office).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well organised, good time management skills, adaptable to pressure, and strong attention to detail.
