Main Purpose:

Assist the Site Services Manager in preparing the Site Services Team for scheduled tasks by ensuring readiness, equipment, and training. The role includes administrative responsibilities essential for smooth operations away from the factory.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 

  • To assist in the planning of works, ensuring the correct equipment and tooling is available to the team on site when required.
  • To liaise with any other area of the business as is necessary to the site team is 'ready for site' prior to site works being carried out, conducting desktop site works rehearsals to ensure correct preparation where necessary.
  • To review materials requirements for each site job before it is required, ensuring the correct items have been ordered and received before shipping to site.
  • Updating the Site Planner and the Skills Matrix as necessary, keeping account of planned works, holidays, and training requirements.
  • To review/produce site works RAMS where necessary and to ensure all other Health and Safety documentation is in place before works commence. To assist with stock checking and kit/parts preparations for site activities where necessary
  • To liaise with the client partner organisations, suppliers and customers where required.
 
 
Requirements:
 
  • 3+ years of site work experience.
  • Strong report writing and IT skills.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and Electrical/Mechanical systems.
