Community Dietitian- Band 6

Location:Norwich

Working Hours : 37.5hours

Start date: ASAP End date: Ongoing

The Community Dietitian will play a vital role in promoting health and nutrition in the community by providing personalized dietary guidance, education, and support. This position involves working with individuals, groups, and local organizations to promote healthier eating habits, prevent nutrition-related diseases, and enhance overall community wellness. The Community Dietitian will serve as a key resource in planning, implementing, and evaluating community nutrition programs, focusing on culturally relevant and accessible health solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Nutrition Counseling:

    • Conduct individual and group nutrition assessments and counseling sessions.
    • Develop personalized meal plans that consider medical conditions, lifestyle, and cultural preferences.
