Key Responsibilities:

Community Nutrition Counseling:
- Conduct individual and group nutrition assessments and counseling sessions.
- Develop personalized meal plans that consider medical conditions, lifestyle, and cultural preferences.
- Offer guidance on weight management, diabetes prevention, hypertension, and other chronic health conditions.
