Digital Marketing Executive - PPC

Location: Norwich - NR3 1DJ Hybrid option, after probation
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:30 am - 5 pm, Fri: 8:30am-3pm

Digital Marketing Executive PPC - About the role:

In this PPC-centric role as a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be a collaborative and eager marketeer, keen to showcase and develop your creative and analytics expertise. This role is ideal for anyone with good experience in paid marketing in an agency setting.

You should be highly organised and self-driven, able to operate and consult across different mediums whilst managing a high number of growing accounts.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Developing client accounts and managing projects across paid marketing channels - including search ads, shopping ads and social media ads
Analysing data, hypothesising causes for shifts, and actioning optimisations in accordance with your best judgement and the clients' goals
Producing comprehensive reports on performance and activities, and meeting with clients regularly to discuss strategy to grow their businesses
Collaborating and operating closely with the rest of the team to identify opportunities for clients across our marketing services such as CRO, email marketing, organic social, affiliate, and SEO

Digital Marketing Executive PPC - About You:

Skills & Experience

Essential

Good understanding of marketing and e-commerce agencies and their operations
1-2 years' experience across Google platforms e.g. Ads, Merchant Center, Analytics, GTM
Strong analytical skills and keen to explore ways of improving workflow with the use of AI
Creative mindset and ability to collaborate on tasks, communicating effectively
Well-organised, proactive and adaptive to varying workload; demonstrating strong initiative

Desirable

Basic knowledge and/or experience using website platforms such as BigCommerce or Shopify
Some experience in other digital marketing avenues such as CRO, email marketing or SEO
Design skills for making ad creative for paid platforms
A higher education qualification in a relevant field such as marketing, business or computer sciences would be beneficial.
