Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join our team in Easton, Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support the learning and development of students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Support students with personal care needs, if required.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
  • A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs is an advantage.
