Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support the learning and development of students.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Support students with personal care needs, if required.

Requirements:

Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs is an advantage.
