Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support Agile teams through Scrum methodology, facilitating sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Use project management tools like Jira to track project progress and deliverables.
- Ensure understanding and alignment with IT systems, lifecycles, and processes.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to develop and manage project roadmaps.
- Proficiency with IT systems, software development lifecycles, and project tools like Jira.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
