The Successful Electrical Engineer / Workshop Engineer / Service Technician will provide electrical drawings, working with 3 phase electrics, wiring service and assembly for bespoke, power systems at the workshop in Norfolk.
The Electrical Engineer / Workshop Engineer / Service Technician must have an electrical engineering background excellent working knowledge of three phase electrics and controls and / or PLC & control systems, control circuits or similar. Must also be highly proficient with AutoCAD in 2D and 3D designs.
This role is suitable for a junior Electrical Engineer, who has 2-3 years of experience or a senior Electrical Engineer, with a lot more.

Electrical Engineer / Workshop Engineer / Service Technician Role
Provide electrical designs for the systems using AutoCAD for 2D and 3D designs, for bespoke, marine power systems at the workshop in Norfolk.
Assembling and wiring of control panel suites and boxes and electronic euroracks to agreed specification.
Identifying and confirming job specifications from drawings and work instructions.
Understanding cable size and components.
Providing constructive feedback to the design team on electrical performance of designs, recommending modifications where appropriate
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Electrical Engineer / Workshop Engineer / Service Technician Requirements
Proven diagnostic skills on complicated systems.
Experience as an Electrical Engineer, Service Engineer, Service Technician, Installation Engineer,Electro Mechanical Engineer or similar.
Excellent working knowledge of three phase electrics, power electronics, and controls and / or PLC & control systems, control circuits or similar.
Electrical Engineering background in control system products
An engineering qualification, 18th edition, C&G 2391 or similar electrical qualifications are advantageous.
Must be commutable in and around Norfolk. Fully workshop based role.
