The company is seeking an Electrician for social housing contracts in Norwich and surrounding areas of Norfolk and North Suffolk.
This is a permanent position with a starting salary of £37,500 per annum.
Candidates should have a minimum of 18 months experience working within domestic properties.
The role includes responsibilities such as conducting electrical repairs and performing EICR domestic testing.

I am looking for an Electrician to work on social housing contracts based around Norwich with work around Norfolk and North Suffolk. The role is a permanent position and the ideal candidate will be willing to travel for jobs and have experience working within domestic properties.

The Electrician will be responsible for:

Conduct effective and efficient electrical related repairs in occupied and vacant homes
Work as part of a team carrying out EICR domestic testing
Support planned electrical team team when needed to cover installations and other planned works

The Electrician will have:

City and Guilds 5357 including AM2S
City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
City and Guilds 2360 Part 1 and Part 2
City and Guilds 2330 Level 2 and Level 3
18th Edition
2391 Testing and Inspection
Full UK drivers license
Experience working within domestic properties
