The compensation includes a competitive hourly rate during the temporary period and a permanent salary of £37,500 per annum upon confirmation.

Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
Collaborate effectively with a large team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

RequirementsQualifications:

18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
Ideally hold 2391 (Inspection and Testing), but this is not essential.
Experience:
- Proven experience in maintenance within housing and commercial environments
- Availability:
- Must be willing to work 6 Saturdays per year, compensated at an overtime rate.
- Participate in a 1 in 6 on-call rota, with a call-out fee of £250 per week in addition to base pay.

Compensation

Temporary Position:Competitive hourly rate during the initial 12 weeks.
Permanent Package (upon confirmation): £37,500 per annum.
