Location: Norwich/Hybrid
Salary: 50k - 60k DOE

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions
- Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges and modernize legacy systems
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers
- Stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation within the team
- Contribute to system architecture and participate in code reviews
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in software development, with proficiency in C#
- Background in system architecture and scalable software design
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
