Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Division: UK Construction
Location: Regional Office - Norwich
The Opportunity:
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work on tendering activities and new projects in the pipeline, with the view to leading commercial activities on a project in the region. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the pipeline of projects and would suit an experienced Senior Surveyor who has a track record of leading commercial activities on projects from 10m - 30m.
Duties:
- Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
- Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
- Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
- Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
- Manage the project commercial team
What are they looking for?
- Regional / National contractor experience as the Senior Surveyor
- Experience on projects ranging between 10m to 30m
- Based in East Anglia
- Previous experience managing Quantity Surveyors on large contracts
