- Manage their Environmental Officer
- Support the wider H&S team
- Ensure alignment with ISO 14001 standards
- Engage with internal staff to effectively communicate environmental issues
What you'll need to succeed
- An environmental or related degree
- Previous experience in an environmental / energy manager role in the UK
- Knowledge of UK based environmental compliance
- Willingness to work from their Norwich location most of the time (WFH on occasion)
- Knowledge of ISO:14001
- Ability to adapt language to suit varying audiences
- IEMA membership (ideally)
