East Anglian Air Ambulance is a regional charity providing life-saving care across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and beyond. With two state of the art helicopters and a fleet of rapid response vehicles our crew of critical care paramedics and specialist doctors bring their advanced skills, equipment and medicine to the scene of the incident in the fastest time possible.

We are looking for someone with exceptional administrative and customer care skills to join our Estates Team as a Visitor Assistant. This new role will help the Estates Team to continue to grow the number of internal and external events at our Norwich HQ, whilst ensuring all guests receive an outstanding experience.

You will provide administrative and hosting support at our Norwich HQ, ensuring all visitors and guests receive a professional and friendly welcome. Within this varied role, you will be responsible for ensuring that internal and external stakeholders receive excellent service before, during and after their event, and perform booking and event support administrative tasks such as placing catering orders, preparing the event space and diary management. You will work closely with our team of reception volunteers and will liaise regularly with colleagues across the charity to ensure that larger charity events, training courses and meetings are delivered to a high standard.

Some flexibility is required with this role to occasionally support events and functions outside of core working hours.
