The position is for a Mortgage & Protection Broker, requiring candidates to be CeMAP qualified with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
The basic salary offered ranges from £25k to £30k, with an OTE of £40k to £50k in the first year, and potential earnings of £60k+ by the third year.
The role is office-based, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, and candidates must have their own transport as the office is not accessible by public transport.
Responsibilities include processing existing client remortgages, with additional support provided through a constant flow of qualified leads and administrative assistance.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and a UK driver's license, along with 23 working days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

Mortgage & Protection Broker (CeMAP qualified)

My wonderful client located in a beautiful setting are looking for a a new person to join their dynamic and thriving business.

£25k - £30K basic salary DOE

OTE - £40-£50k in Year 1

£50- £60k in Year 2

£60k + in Year 3

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm office based, you will need your own transport to get to their office as not on a bus or train route!

The successful candidate’s primary responsibility will be to process existing client Re mortgages for the company.

Ideal candidates would have:

Minimum of 2 Years Experience as a Mortgage & Protection Broker (experience in Residential, Buy to Let, Critical Illness, Income Protection & Life Insurance business)
Excellent Organisation & Time Management skills is a must
CeMAP Qualified
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Packages - Outlook, Word and Excel

UK Driver's License
