Our client, a successful Equity Release Brokerage, is seeking an experienced self-employed Equity Release Broker to join their team.
The ideal candidate should be qualified in Equity Release with either CeRER or ER1 or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field.
The company offers a competitive compensation structure with an OTE of £60,000+, including a percentage of both adviser and proc fees, with increased rates for self-generated leads.
The average loan size nationally is £100,000, and the brokerage is backed by a major financial institution, ensuring a steady stream of leads and appointments.
Opportunities are available across London, Scotland, the North East, and Norfolk.
