As the Assistant Finance Business Partner, you will be supporting financial operations, management reporting, and budget oversight while collaborating with key stakeholders to drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing accurate management accounts and financial reports.
  • Support budget planning and financial forecasting with departmental stakeholders.
  • Ensure financial records, reconciliations, and controls are maintained.
  • Provide financial insights and guidance to support decision-making.
  • Assist with audits, statutory reporting, and process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and financial efficiency.
  • Deliver finance training to non-financial staff as required.

Requirements:
