Crowe Watson Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager to join our client, a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Norwich.

You’ll predominantly focus on delivering high-quality audit engagements, with a portion of your responsibilities dedicated to accounts and tax. Whether managing audits or mentoring junior team members, your expertise will be highly valued in a firm that truly invests in its people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion.
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and assisting with tax compliance.
  • Managing and mentoring junior staff, supporting their professional development.
  • Ensuring compliance with UK auditing standards and regulations.
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service.

Skills & Experience:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • At least four years’ experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • A proactive and solutions-driven approach to client needs.
