Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring quality and compliance with UK standards.
- Oversee and mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the Not-for-Profit sector.
- Plan, execute, and finalise audits, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Contribute to the firm's business development initiatives.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong knowledge of audit procedures and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
