Our client is a respected leader in the property management and professional services sector. The Norwich office is seeking a Client Accounts Manager to lead the client accounts team. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of accountants and administrators through regular meetings, training, and resource planning.

Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.

Oversee accounting software and property management systems, ensuring they operate effectively.

Review and refine property accounting and management processes in collaboration with partners and property managers.

Ensure compliance with RICS guidelines and accounting principles.

Act as the primary point of contact for client accounting matters, liaising with partners, property managers, and clients.

Attend client meetings and build relationships with colleagues in other offices to enhance the profile of the accounting function.

Manage a small portfolio of client accounts, including service charges, rents, and other property-related charges.

Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, taxation, and bank reconciliation sign-offs.

Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of property management and property accounting principles, including rents, service charges, and direct on-charges.

Understanding of leases, service charge budgets, and the ability to interpret complex documentation.

Proven line management experience, with a focus on inclusivity and team development.

Familiarity with RICS guidelines and adherence to compliance standards.
