We are looking for an experienced leader to join our client as a Commercial Insurance Director. You will be working as part of an exciting and growing region across Norwich. We would welcome applications from Senior Insurance Handlers, Brokers, Account Executives that are sales focussed and keen to develop new business whilst looking for that next step up. 

So, what does the role of a Commercial Insurance Director here involve?

This role will be made for you if you love fostering relationships and helping clients find the right Insurance products to fit their needs. As a commercial director you will: 

  • Lead a team of 6 ambitious Account Executives

  • Mentor colleagues and drive their personal development

  • Deliver our growth ambitions and initiatives for the branch

  • Lead on our retention efforts across our existing client portfolio

  • Contribute to our placement strategy and insurer engagement  

You will be focused on growth, working with our client puts you in a unique position to offer solutions from a diverse range of brands and wide breadth of products with huge opportunity.
