About the Role

The Corporate Finance team delivers insightful strategies to ambitious organisations, supporting them through every stage of their business lifecycle. Specialising in valuations, M&A, exit strategies, and company valuations, the team plays a pivotal role in deals ranging from £1m to £30m.

This role will involve a mix of valuation-focused projects alongside exposure to broader corporate finance services. You'll contribute to meaningful projects, whether standalone valuations or comprehensive client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare valuation reports, working papers, and presentations.
  • Assist with expert evidence preparation for litigious matters.
  • Support due diligence, financial modelling, and preparation of client materials for M&A, MBO, and EOT scenarios.
  • Analyse financial statements and management information.
  • Review legal documents and assist with completion procedures.
  • Conduct market research to identify valuation benchmarks, potential buyers, and target companies for acquisitions.

About You

Ideal candidates will be ACA-qualified or hold a CFA qualification, with experience in client-facing roles. An understanding of SME and owner-managed businesses is essential. Familiarity with corporate intelligence tools (e.g., PitchBook) is advantageous.
