NXTGEN is pleased to be partnering with a well-respected accountancy practice in Norwich to recruit an ambitious Corporate Finance Manager. As the new Corporate Finance Manager, you will join a leader within the area, and be instrumental to their growing team in Norwich. With the firm excelling in the corporate finance industry, this is an excellent opportunity to support the Partners in driving forwards the CF team both externally and internally. With the firm leaning more and more into advisory, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional financial solutions to a diverse client base, as well as having a wealth of knowledge and experience within the firm.

As the new Corporate Finance Manager, you'll be working closely with business owners, directors, and senior stakeholders, providing strategic financial advice and helping clients to achieve their growth and exit objectives. The successful candidate will manage a variety of exciting and high-impact projects, including mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and financial modelling, offering you the chance to make a tangible difference for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and maintaining high standards of service.
  • Lead and oversee M&A transactions, working through all deal stages from initial negotiation to completion.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation modelling to support client transactions.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on financing, structuring, and exit planning, tailoring solutions to meet specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party advisors to ensure successful deal execution and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development.

What We're Looking For:

  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification, with experience in corporate finance or transaction services.
  • Proven track record in leading client engagements, with a strong understanding of business valuations, financial modelling, and M&A processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Skilled communicator who can influence and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
