Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage due diligence, valuations, and financial modelling projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee financial analysis, challenging assumptions in forecasts and reviewing cash flow models.
- Develop strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact and delivering strategic insights.
- Play an active role in business development, supporting marketing initiatives, leading proposal production, and identifying potential clients.
- Work closely with Partners to bring in new business and expand the firm's presence in the Norfolk Corporate Finance market.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their technical and advisory skills.
What the client is looking for:
- ACA/ACCA qualified, ideally with at least 1-3 years post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in Corporate Finance, M&A transactions, or financial due diligence.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify risks and opportunities in transactions.
- Confident communicator with client-facing experience and excellent report-writing skills.
