This is an exciting and new opportunity for a driven Corporate Finance Manager to take the lead on financial due diligence, valuations, and transaction advisory, while mentoring a high-performing team and playing a key role in business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage due diligence, valuations, and financial modelling projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee financial analysis, challenging assumptions in forecasts and reviewing cash flow models.
  • Develop strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact and delivering strategic insights.
  • Play an active role in business development, supporting marketing initiatives, leading proposal production, and identifying potential clients.
  • Work closely with Partners to bring in new business and expand the firm's presence in the Norfolk Corporate Finance market.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their technical and advisory skills.

What the client is looking for:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified, ideally with at least 1-3 years post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in Corporate Finance, M&A transactions, or financial due diligence.
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify risks and opportunities in transactions.
  • Confident communicator with client-facing experience and excellent report-writing skills.
