Corporate Tax Manager

Norwich or Ipswich

£48k-£55k plus hybrid working

Our client, one of the UK's top 40 accountancy firms, is proud to be extending their offering by recruiting a Corporate Tax Manager for their Business Tax Advisory team in either their Norwich or Ipswich branch. You must be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with considerable experience in practice. Preparation of corporate tax returns and experience of mentoring colleagues are key requirements for this role.

In your role you will also be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Arrange meetings with clients in place of the partner.
  • Lead work planning throughout the team.
  • Participate in recruiting and nurturing team members.
  • Foster the team's growth for sustained capability, employing essential leadership and management abilities, and upholding the Firm's values.
  • Embody the Firm's vision, mission, and values, translating them into everyday practices to guide and nurture others.
  • Actively pursue opportunities for business growth within the corporate tax division.
  • Engage in business development initiatives such as cultivating and managing a database of prospective clients, crafting marketing content for current and potential clients, and participating in seminars.
  • Stay current with clients' business operations.
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients.
  • Participate in office marketing events as appropriate, representing the Firm as an ambassador.
