We are working with a top 40 independent practice seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Transactions Manager to join their Corporate Finance Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the department, working closely with Partners to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and the development of a supportive and inclusive team environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Maintain up-to-date understanding of clients' businesses, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities to offer additional services.
  • Task Management: Ensure professional duties are carried out efficiently, meet deadlines, and manage team workloads.
  • Project Involvement: Engage in a variety of assignments including business sales, acquisitions, due diligence reporting, valuations, and strategic planning.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Significant post-qualified experience within practice.
  • Proven experience in managing staff and a portfolio of clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
