Atkinson Moss is delighted to support a long standing, family run business based West of Norwich in their search for a new Finance Manager. Based in a picturesque location and with flexibility over hours, this is the perfect opportunity for a 'hands on’ finance professional looking for a varied and enjoyable.
Reporting the Managing Director, key duties include:
- Take responsibility for ensuring all financial processes, systems and controls are operating effectively
- Responsibility for maintaining statutory records for the business
- Budgets preparation including cash flow forecasts
- Review and finalising of all management accounts
- Management of sales ledger, purchase ledger, payroll and general ledger duties
- Ensuring all supplier and customer accounts are accurate and up to date
- Credit control
- Handling VAT, PAYE and other elements of tax compliance
- Liaise with external Auditors
- Support with HR, Health & Safety tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Oversight for commercial suppliers to include insurances, utilities and associated contracts
The ideal candidate will have proven financial leadership experience and will be able to demonstrate a level of strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
