We are seeking a Finance Manager who is looking to take on a pivotal role in financial operations and be part of a dynamic, innovative team. This is a position for someone who is ready to drive improvements and efficiencies in accounting processes. The role is based in Norwich with flexible hybrid working arrangements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage invoicing and supplier payments with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with financial standards through detailed financial reporting.
- Lead process improvements to enhance accounting operations and cost efficiencies.
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth financial functions.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficient in Sage 50.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in financial reporting.
- ACCA, CIMA, ACA part quals and above
