As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing critical financial operations, group-level finance management, and reporting. This is a highly varied and impactful role, covering everything from day-to-day finance operations to long-term strategic planning. Key Responsibilities:

-Delivery of month-end management accounts and board packs with accompanying commercial commentary.Including P+L, Balance Sheet, and KPIs.-Production of company budgets, forecasts, and maintenance of company cash flow and cash flow forecasting.-Ownership of all technical submissions, including year-end close, tax, and quarterly VAT returns.-Acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors and agencies such as HMRC.-Revenue recognition to provide greater understanding of income performance, reconciling with payment processors' management information.-Oversight of AP/AR.-Overseeing the payroll process with an outsourced provider.-Preparing ad hoc financial reports as requested by the Executive Team.-Cross-functional collaboration to provide financial insights that drive company objectives.

You will be ACA/ ACCA/CIMA qualified Finance Manager with a proven track record in accounting and finance, ideally within a high-growth business. The ideal candidate will be hungry, ambitious, and adaptable, bringing a proactive approach to problem-solving and business growth.
