In this role, you will become a key member of a dynamic and rapidly growing team, gaining valuable experience across various advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), due diligence, financial modelling, and corporate financeThis role is ideal for a newly qualified accountant, potentially from Audit, who is eager to apply their expertise in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing tailored financial strategies for clients.
  • Conduct financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including due diligence and integration.

  • Work closely with and learn from experienced finance professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Newly qualified ACA/ACCA or CFA accountant
