Job Purpose

  • Owning responsibility for a portfolio of clients, managing your workflow, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Planning and undertaking assignments, striving to deliver service excellence.
  • Lead a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating those around you.
  • Own responsibility of KPIs, including monthly billing forecasts and ensuring fee recovery rates are met.
  • Contribute to the firm’s growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
  • Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handing queries.
  • Act as clients’ financial business partner, providing sound advisory and technical know-how.
  • Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
