Senior Finance Business Partner - £46,000 - £54,000 – Hybrid – Permanent

Reed Accountancy and Finance, Norwich are pleased to be working with a public sector organisation based in Norwich who are experiencing a period of growth within their finance department and are looking to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis to join their already established team. This role will be full time, permanent position, with hybrid working and flexible opportunities.

The Senior Finance Business Partner will be reporting into the Head of Finance Business Partnering and will be responsible for managing financial activity across a variety of departments. They will be supported by a small team and will work closely with other stakeholders to deliver financial plans, which the business hopes, will contribute to their financial success.

The expectation will be that the role is worked on a hybrid office/home basis with the requirement to be in the office 1-2 days per week. Senior Finance Business Partner Role Requirements:

  • Required to present effective financial reporting and assist with decision making.
  • Liaison with Internal and External stakeholders.
  • Help with decision-making and understanding by provided insight and analysis which you will then report to stakeholder groups.
  • Production of five-year financial plans and annual budgets.
  • Supporting the senior management team with any financial demands and financial management to support sustainability.
  • Undertaking financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting analysis in support of business projects.
  • Undertaking reviews of income, pay and costs within the business to establish benchmarks.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Professional Accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or Equivalent)
  • Experience managing a finance team
  • Preparation and management of significant budgets
  • Experience communication financial and business information effectively
  • Experience of Project management
