As Tax Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering both compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients, including individuals, owner-managed businesses, and high-net-worth individuals.
You'll have plenty of client interaction, and your expertise will be trusted to provide sound, proactive advice across all areas of personal and corporate tax.

Role Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of tax clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance work is completed
- Advising on a wide range of tax matters, including income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and corporation tax
- Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and supporting their development through coaching and mentoring
- Identifying tax planning opportunities and working with partners to deliver tailored advice
- Dealing with HMRC correspondence and representing clients during enquiries and investigations
- Supporting business development activities and contributing to the growth of the firm’s tax services

Candidate Requirements- CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience
- Proven experience managing a mixed or specialist tax portfolio in an accountancy practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Able to manage your own workload effectively and supervise others
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and commercially aware
- £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
