HNW Client Advisor (Insurance)

Location: Norwich

Salary: £25,000-£35,000 + package depending on experience

As part of the role you will liaise with existing clients and play a pivotal role in delivering excellent customer service and building rapport to ensure long-lasting relationships. Excellent organisational and customer-service skills are essential.

The Role:

The role would suit an individual who isn’t phased by the pace and quality of a high-performing team, where collective team and individual achievements are recognised and rewarded. You will liaise with existing clients as well as drive business development. Provision of high-quality client services and supporting administration is a paramount to the role.

Skills:

• Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn bespoke systems
• A knowledge of insurance products/services is highly desirable - HNW
• Concise and clear communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential
