  • Delivering fantastic and consistent service to the company’s new and existing customers.
  • Ordering and processing stock required
  • Scheduling appointments with existing customers for engineers to attend site
  • Raising emergency call outs and arranging for the engineer with the most relevant skill set to attend site to resolve
  • Checking job cards after the job has been completed
  • Building relationships with engineers, contractors and suppliers
  • Providing overall admin support to the team
  • Raising job cards and inputting those onto the system
  • Following up on quotes that the engineer has generated on site and arrange for the additional work to be completed with the customer
  • Respond to any customer queries through to resolution.
  • Clear and effective communication is vital to success in this role.
