- Ordering and processing stock required
- Scheduling appointments with existing customers for engineers to attend site
- Raising emergency call outs and arranging for the engineer with the most relevant skill set to attend site to resolve
- Checking job cards after the job has been completed
- Building relationships with engineers, contractors and suppliers
- Providing overall admin support to the team
- Raising job cards and inputting those onto the system
- Following up on quotes that the engineer has generated on site and arrange for the additional work to be completed with the customer
- Respond to any customer queries through to resolution.
