Role Overview:As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, support project teams with administrative tasks, and maintain the efficiency of our workplace. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist project teams with document preparation, data entry, and filing, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Organize and coordinate events, team meetings, and training sessions.
  • Facilities management knowledge.
  • Maintain and update internal systems, such as project tracking tools and contact databases.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contracts.
  • Support HR and finance functions, including timesheet tracking, invoicing, and expense reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role / previosu office experinece.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
