Join our clients dedicated team, where they support children and young people across Norfolk who are victims or at risk of (CSE).
Day-to-day of the role:- Maintain and distribute detailed records of sessions, assessments, planning, progress, and decision-making.
- Actively participate in planning meetings, protection conferences, and other multi-agency meetings, advocating for children and young people.
- Engage children and young people in the design and delivery of services, implementing their ideas to enhance service effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies and represent the organisation at events and network meetings.
- Ability to work flexibly with occasional early mornings and late evenings.
- Enhanced DBS clearance and relevant police vetting.
- Must be a car-user with a full clean UK driving licence, business insurance, and breakdown cover, as this role involves travelling within Norfolk.
- Salary range of £22,500 - £26,500 per annum.
- Flexible working hours between 30 and 37.5 hours per week.
