About the Role:

The EPR PMO Manager will lead and manage the Programme Management Office (PMO) for the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme across multiple healthcare institutions. You will provide strategic PMO expertise, ensuring that programme workstreams are managed in a repeatable, standardised way, while overseeing complex projects that deliver value, efficiency and improved patient care. The role involves managing stakeholders, driving operational change and ensuring that all programmes meet the expected benefits, including enhanced efficiency, cost management and improved patient outcomes.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Educated to master's degree level or equivalent experience
  • Professional qualification in project/programme management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project/staff management roles
  • Strong programme and project management skills
  • Leadership, people management and budget management experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to implement multiple projects concurrently within timescales and budget
  • Experience presenting and negotiating with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior stakeholders

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams to introduce service change
  • Strong knowledge of governance and statutory requirements related to project management
