Your Role & Responsibilities

As our Estimator, you'll be the cornerstone of project planning and delivery. Your key duties will include:

  • Building Relationships: Establish strong connections with key stakeholders, including quantity surveyors, commercial teams, and clients, ensuring seamless collaboration internally and externally.
  • Precision Take-Offs: Prepare accurate take-offs from detailed structural drawings to set the foundation for successful projects.
  • Site Alignment: Work with the Drawing Office and project team to understand and interpret site requirements for accurate contract delivery.
  • Strategic Negotiation: Negotiate prices effectively with our supply chain, balancing cost efficiency with quality standards.
