What qualifications and experience do I need to have?
  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or Dual award)
OR
  • HCPC registered Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist
Experience: A minimum of 2 year of clinical experience as a qualified healthcare professional.
Skills: Demonstrated broad clinical knowledge and proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office.
Professionalism: Ability to interpret clinical information accurately, maintain professional standards in written communication, and adhere to a strict code of conduct.

What will I be doing?
  • Conduct In-Depth Assessments: Hold consultations through telephone, video call, or face-to-face to understand the impact of disabilities, conditions, and illnesses on claimants' daily activities.
  • Create Accurate Reports: Use your clinical knowledge to analyse information critically and write fair, precise, and concise reports.
  • Support Claimants: Provide respectful, non-biased, and reassuring assessments, ensuring a positive experience for claimants and colleagues alike.
