NXTGEN is delighted to be working with a leading Chartered Accountants in Norwich to recruit an Insolvency & Recovery Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance graduate eager to start their career in accountancy and finance, joining a recognised and supportive firm.

As part of the Insolvency and Recovery team, you'll gain hands-on experience working with a range of clients and have the opportunity to develop your skills further, with 1:1 training and guidance. This role offers clear progression opportunities, including potential movement into other departments within the firm, while working alongside some of the most qualified and experienced professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the senior team in ensuring work is carried out in a compliant and timely manner.
  • Manage client relationships with empathy and sensitivity to individual financial circumstances.
  • Maintain accurate records and data using Microsoft Office and other systems.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks to support the Insolvency and Recovery team.
  • Ensure tasks are prioritised and completed efficiently, while maintaining high standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook.
  • Empathy and sensitivity when working with clients in challenging financial situations.
  • Confidence in developing relationships with colleagues, external trainers, and service providers.
  • Adaptability and a solution-focused attitude.
