Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Groundworker with valid Dumper or Roller tickets for a construction project in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for steady work on a long-term project, lasting approximately 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- General groundworks including excavation, drainage, and foundations.
- Operating dumper or roller machinery on-site.
- Carrying out duties in line with site health and safety protocols.
- Assisting in the setup and preparation of work areas.
- Liaising with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth project progression.
- Keeping the work environment tidy and organized.
- Adhering to company and industry standards for all tasks.
Requirements:
- Must hold valid CPCS or NPORS certification.
- Experience in groundworks and operating heavy machinery (dumper or roller).
- Previous experience on construction sites is essential.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Own transport is preferred due to location.
