HR Administrator

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary ongoing basis. This varied role provides an excellent opportunity to support two dynamic teams within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be involved in data systems management, analysis, and will act as the first point of contact for reports. Additionally, the role encompasses processing staff amendments and forms, as well as comprehensive HR administration tasks.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and maintain data systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
  • Serve as the first point of contact regarding reports and data analysis.
  • Process staff amendments and forms, including handling sensitive information for staff who may be leaving.
  • Provide HR administrative support for onboarding processes.
  • Act as a support officer for new starters, managing references, occupational health checks, DBS checks, and inductions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and databases.
