What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Coordination Mastermind: Liaise with suppliers and issue work authorizations for fleet maintenance.
  • Customer Advisor: Notify customers of upcoming service requirements, including MOTs, keeping them informed and at ease.
  • Problem Solver: Handle vehicle breakdowns efficiently to keep operations on track.
  • Team Player & Leader: Work closely with depots, technicians, drivers, and customers while stepping up to oversee daily operations in your supervisor’s absence.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Confidence and Communication: A personable telephone manner and a natural flair for customer service.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Basic mechanical knowledge is key—if you’re familiar with trucks or vehicles, we want to hear from you!
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, with a proactive attitude to tackle challenges head-on.
