Manual Turner/ Norwich/Permanent- salary up to 34K per annum
Position 1 Recruitment is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Norwich that is seeking an experienced Manual Turner to join their team. We are looking for a skilled Manual Turner with experience in vertical turning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC and manual turningmachines while following company health and safety policies.
- Ensure all work meets required quality standards.
- Program, run, and operate various machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tooling or setup issues.
- Perform turning, milling, and drilling on various components.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a machine shop environment,with experience in vertical turning.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take on additional tasks as required.
- Apprentice-trained to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in machining.
