Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for Process Leaders based in the outskirts of Norwich for a leading confectionary company. Own transport is essential due to site location.

Responsibilties will include:
- Primarily responsible for all aspects of one manufacturing process on an ongoing basis, following systems and procedures to achieve the required quality and efficiencies.
- Maintain safety and quality standards by ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Production Specifications are adhered to.
- Control equipment and ensure it is working effectively and producing the required standard of product.
- Assist with supervising the team.
- Fully complete and sign relevant paperwork for the process being supervised, accepting responsibility for achievement of the correct standard, and return to the Production Co-ordinator promptly.
- Any other duties as required.
Shift pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 06:30 - 17:00
