Your new companyYou will be joining a family-run contractor based in Northampton. You will be overseeing the successful installation of below ground ducting in the Norwich area. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a strong possibility for indefinite employment.Your new roleAs Project Manager, you will be based full-time on their site in Norwich and be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Managing and coordinating direct labour and subcontractors on multi-site projects (between 5-10 men)
- Conducting site visits and inspection to ensure compliance with safety regulations and specifications
- Providing regular project updates and reports to senior management
- Ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site at all times
- Collaborating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to expected quality.
What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will have:
- CSCS, SMSTS, NRSWA Supervisor and First Aid
- Experience of EHV installation (33kV/66kV).
