QHSE Manager
Norwich
Contek are recruiting for a QHSE Manager to join an established team in Norwich. This company are a leading supplier within their niche and have a variety of manufacturing capabilities to oversee.
You will be responsible for all QHSE activity on site, promoting a position culture surrounding the subject and ensuring you meet all regulatory requirements on site.
Duties include;
- Maintaining and updating the QMS working to ISO9001 standards.
- Ensuring the Quality of work produced meets standards required.
- Manage and oversee Quality Department and provide supervision where necessary.
- Customer/Supplier focused and deal with any concerns raised by external/internal parties.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements as registered by the HSE governing body.
- Conduct audits regularly.
- Ensure training is delivered to staff to ensure they are up to date with QHSE.
- Conduct Risk Assessments and control risk on site.
- Record and investigate HSE issues (Accidents, Incidents and Near Misses).
Essential Requirements;
- Proven experience within a QHSE role.
- Working knowledge on ISO9001 Standards.
- Experience in auditing.
- Relevant HSE qualifications such as IOSH and NEBOSH.
- Ability to lead and instruct a team of employees.
- Organise and manage your own and your teams activity.

08:00 - 17:00
Friday
08:00 - 13:00
