Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Repairs Call Handler to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis.  The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks to support the Repairs & Diagnostics Operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving inbound calls from customers reporting a fault
  • Logging the fault on the database and coordinating contracts internal and external to resolve issue
  • Assist in the processing information and updating databases
  • Replying to email enquires and updating customers on the status if their issue
  • Coordinating diaries with customers and contractors
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety issues are reported.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and productivity.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and happy in a high volume call handling role
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
